On its two floors there are has ten rooms + 4 studios, each of which can accommodate 2-4 people. All the rooms have Balcony, a refrigerator, a WC, Wi-Fi free access, Air-condition, TV, a shower, all the requisite furniture, and there are two large communal kitchens, one on each floor.

The house was built in 1989 and is maintained in perfect condition by ourselves. It is built in the traditional style and has a fenced courtyard in which your children can play in safety. You can also let them play freely on the beach while you enjoy a drink on the waterfront watching the sun set behind Mount Athos.

Our house is just 50 metres from the beach –very handy for a swim at any time of day. The bakery is just next door, and there are all kinds of other shops within a few metres, where you will be able to stock up with whatever you need. A number of tavernas and cafes are close by. In fact, the whole village is within easy walking distance.

Spend the evenings at the beachside bars in the company of the young locals who gather here every night from all over the island. Potos has become a meeting-place for young people from Greece and all over Europe, many of whom return year after year to their favourite haunts.
Another reason for choosing our guesthouse and Potos in general is that Potos is the most convenient village for visiting the dozens of pretty little beaches and the beautiful landscape of the southern half of the island. Theologos, the former capital, is just 11 km up the road. The ancient quarries and ruins of Aliki, one of the most beautiful sites in Greece, are just a few miles along the coast, and Limenaria with its old ironworks is only 4 km away.

PRICES

Our tariff is flexible and adjusts according to the period of time, the type of the room, the number of the stay days and to how the specific dates, for which you ask for a reservation, serve our scheduling.

The price for an one- to three-days-stay is 35 to 50 Euros for a two-bed-room during the whole season, according to the period of time and to the room type.

For more than three-days-stay:

• Until June 10th, the price of a two-bed-room is 25 - 30 Euros and a studio 30-35.

• Until July 10th, the price of a two-bed-room is 30 - 40 Euros and the studios 35 - 45.

• From July 10th to August 25th, the price of a two-bed-room is 40 - 60 Euros and the studios 55 - 70.

• From August 25th to 10 Septemper the price of a two-bed-room is 30 - 40 Euros and the studios 35 - 45.

• After 10th of Septemper the prices return to the levels of May and June respectively.

Once you will ask for specific stay dates, we will give you the prices and our offer as well, which will hold only for this specific number of days and not for the case of a hasty checking out.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• A reservation holds after the advance payment.

• The amount of the advance payment is the 30% of the whole package

• A return of the advance payment is possible, only in case of a cancellation 10 days before the date of arrival

• In the case of a cancellation until the day before your arrival, you can use the advance payment for a reservation in another period of the same season,

• Advance payment are not refundable and they can not be used for another reservation in case of a cancellation at the same day of your arrival or later on.

• In case of an infringement of the reservation dates, none of our offers holds and the prices of the rooms are determined by the label-prices, which in no case are higher than the registered highest prices.

• Checkings out are made until 12 o’clock noon. Until 6:00 p.m. you are charged with the half price of the room, and after this hour you are charged with the full price of the room.
